What are the two ways that can provide you a healthy life?

Health is one of the most important supporting in general life. Usually, healthy people have a great life, longer life, and far away from diseases. Eating healthy food, and avoiding the substances that have bad side effects, can provide you a healthy life.

The first way is eating healthy food. As we know our bodies need several important vitamins, so by eating healthy food that contains the important vitamins, our bodies will be full of the important vitamins. Then we can keep our bodies healthy.

The second way is avoiding the substances that have bad side effects, such as smoking, doing drugs, and drinking alcohol a lot. Scientists have demonstrated that if you are a smoker, your life will be reduced by ten years. Also, what have been written in the news paper can lead you to the dangerous fact of the bad habit which is smoking.

It is clear, eating healthy food and avoiding substances that have bad side effects can provide you a healthy life. In my opinion, to be a healthy person is one of the ways that can support you to live a longer life. Also, the people who do not look after their health are responsible in case of having diseases.
